ASBJ releases the Exposure Draft of Practical Solution on Transactions of Delivering the Company’s Own Stock to Employees etc. through Trusts

The Accounting Standards Board of Japan (ASBJ) has today released for public comment the Exposure Draft of Practical Solution on Transactions of Delivering the Company’s Own Stock to Employees etc. through Trusts (Exposure Draft of PITF, No.39).

The comment deadline is September 2, 2013.
